Relocation of IT Hub into Building 4.  The project involved internal demolition of the Resource Center and the construction of new partitioning, joinery and all associated services to create flexible general learning areas and staff accommodation.  Major component of the works was the upgrade to Air Conditionings, electrical and communication services.
