Refurbishment of existing dilapidated building.  Complete internal demolition and internal refurbishment of the existing building including an extension to the building and construction of a new mezzanine floor.

The internal refurbishment included building new consulting rooms, construction of new amenities, extensive joinery throughout, new floor coverings in the form of floating timber flooring, rubber flooring and carpets floors.  Upgrade all services and the provision of an Altitude room and plant room.  Works included the upgrade to the external faced of the building.

The work was completed within time and to a budget agreed with the building owner.
